Raised in Merrimack, New Hampshire, Richard Luther Pearson III graduated from Merrimack High School in 2003. He has been composing and playing Contemporary Classical piano music from an early age. During the past four years he wrote several piano scores; some of the results can be heard here. He has also written a contemporary popular style song which will be featured on his new album.

When asked how he became a recording artist, Richard said, "I played some of my compositions at church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Peterborough NH. Dean FH Macy of Epilogue Records-New England Talent Ltd. heard me play and asked if I would be interested in signing with Epilogue Masterworks."

About his compositions Richard says, "My music is very contemporary and emotional. I like to create full-sounding feelings with the piano, but I hope to write for other instruments for accompaniment."

Indeed, Richard's music is filled with emotion and power, producing wonderful images in the mind of the listener.
